Instructions

 

Lie Face down on your Yoga mat.

Keep Legs together or a comfortable distance apart.

Fold your arms & rest forehead on the forearms.

Close your eyes and relax your body. Observe how you breathe.

Remain in the pose for a minimum of 15 breaths.

Practice daily.
